Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Lead Associate to join our fastest delivery operation across multiple sites within a 10‑mile radius of the primary Operations site. You will model desired behaviors, support team development, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations while delivering top‑tier customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work seven days a week and to train and onboard new team members, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand up to 12 hours.
• On-site work at multiple sites within 10 miles.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the team.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, and delivery promises.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Provide training on systems and equipment knowledge.
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Receive truck deliveries.
