AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead in Bakersfield, CA to oversee daily operations and lead a team of 4–6 associates. You will manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment while enforcing safety and process standards.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehousing and 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role, plus experience with ERP/WMS systems and problem-solving to optimize workflow and performance.
