Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Elko, NV. This role is ideal for a warehouse professional with hands-on experience in inventory, receiving, order pulling, and sit-down forklift operation within a fast-paced logistics or manufacturing environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep warehouse operations accurate, organized, and moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Pull, prepare, and verify orders for shipment with a strong focus on count accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, stage, tag, retag, and stock incoming materials.
• Assist with inventory corrections, recounts, location updates, and product organization.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move, stage, and store products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment throughout the shift.
• Support related warehouse functions such as receiving, returns, inside yard, outside yard, or floater duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Pull and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage, stock, retag, and organize incoming inventory.
• Perform recounts and inventory location corrections to support accurate stock levels.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and support safe warehouse material handling.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience required.
• Forklift operator experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate order counts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, pull, stand, and work on your feet for a full shift.
• Ability to work safely, follow warehouse procedures, and maintain an organized work area.
• Product knowledge is helpful, or the ability to quickly learn product lines and warehouse locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory control, returns, or yard operations.
• Experience working in consumer packaged goods manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or a similar warehouse environment.
• Strong reliability, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
