Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Lead in our warehouse team in Alabama for 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11:00pm - 7:30am). You will oversee the warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory, and drive efficient order fulfillment while upholding safety and policy compliance.

The role requires 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and hands-on experience with WMS and handheld scanners. Availability for overtime and a proven supervisory background are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse staff; provide development opportunities and performance feedback.
• Operate the warehouse management system and maintain accurate work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders, investigate issues, and manage goods cataloging and storage.
• Maintain 7S standards and a clean, organized work environment.
