Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Lead for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) to oversee warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory and timely order completion. The role emphasizes coaching staff, using SAP and WMS tools, and maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems; catalog and track goods.
• Maintain 7S program and a clean work environment.
• Work safely to protect yourself and teammates.
