Job summary

GXO Logistics seeks a Lead Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a busy warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order completion. You will guide workload, train staff, and enforce safety and process standards while maintaining strong customer service. This role requires SAP and WMS experience.

The position supports a 1st shift schedule with opportunities to mentor a growing team in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Coach and train warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
