Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Lead to oversee the warehouse team and ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety procedures. The role requires guiding staff, utilizing SAP and WMS, and maintaining documentation.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate workloads in a fast-paced environment while upholding GXO’s commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvements.
• Correctly utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Maintain a clean 7S environment.
• Work safely to protect you and your team.
