Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a proactive Lead to supervise a warehouse team on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm). You will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate inventory and on-time order fulfillment, and coach your team to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions as needed.
• Correctly utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
