Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient warehouse and delivery services. Responsibilities include managing security, maintenance, and safe operation of equipment and vehicles, performing duties of a Warehouse Associate, and leading inventory activities.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Lead and coordinate workflow and team activities.
• Train and cross-train associates in safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure security and maintenance of the facility to meet standards.
• Maintain and operate warehouse equipment and vehicles safely.
• Perform SAP functions to optimize warehouse and delivery operations.
• Perform duties of a Warehouse Associate.
• Manage inventory processes and communicate with internal customers.

Non-essential Functions

• Assist with driver records to comply with regulations.
• Perform delivery driver duties as needed.
• Ensure drivers meet CDL requirements if applicable.
• Participate in daily safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two-year business/trade degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of supervisory and warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical products or systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL and medical certification preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and SAP.
