Effectively leads a department of employees to meet productivity goals.

- Answer employee questions regarding functions.
- Have a thorough working knowledge of product and warehouse duties.
- Understand and follow all company policies.

- Train employees in all responsible functions.

- Perform tasks accurately and be detail-oriented.

- Use scanners with the WMS system.
- Check and restock merchandise, inspect for damage, verify counts, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Meet and maintain production goals.
- Receive replenishments timely.

- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Work effectively with diverse populations, individually and as a team.
- Adapt to changes as they occur.
- Complete documentation as required by management.
- Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties or work in other departments as assigned.
Conditions of Employment :
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
- Wear appropriate footwear and PPE as directed.
- Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the employee and driver handbooks.
Physical Demands and Working Environment :
- Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Frequently walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop.
- Climb, push/pull, balance, crouch, crawl, talk, speak, and hear.
- Have specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- May be exposed to various environmental conditions and hazards.
- Must be mobile, able to stand and sit for long durations.
