Job Overview

A warehouse team lead is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of team members working on a project within an organization to ensure seamless operations.

• Monitor and evaluate worker performance and ensure availability of work equipment.
• Oversee the welfare and productivity of all workers on site.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Hire qualified workers with management approval and assign tasks based on specialization for optimal output.
• Assess worker performance regularly to identify areas for improvement.
• Compensation: $21.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Vacation, and Sick Time.

A Day In The Life

• Assign and oversee daily work tasks, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain and report work records such as attendance and efficiency scores.
• Provide feedback to workers to improve performance.
• Inspect work for shortages and damages, and report findings for quick resolution.
• Keep accurate records of performance and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct timely stock inventory aligned with stock balances.
