The Warehouse Lead requires a safety-focused mindset, setting an example for safety excellence and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm until completion.

Pay rate: $24.00/hour, plus $0.60 Night shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Train new selectors on the selection process
• Train warehouse employees on safety-related issues
• Audit pallets and work processes
• Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality
• Collaborate with supervisors to cover desk duties as needed
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and injuries
• Prepare and submit safety compliance forms and maintain records
• Develop safety reports and cost-saving recommendations
• Engage employees in safety, training, and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3+ years of warehouse distribution experience
• 2+ years of Double Electric Pallet Jack experience
• 2+ years of Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience
• 2+ years of RF Scanner experience
• 2+ years of selecting in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in safety
• OSHA certification for all material handling equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a safety-oriented mindset
