Job Details

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM or Finish.

Pay rate: $24.50 per hour.

Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Train warehouse associates and all associates in the safe use of equipment according to SOPs; observe and correct behaviors as necessary.
2. Use of radio frequency (RF) device may be required for daily tasks.
3. Assist warehouse personnel with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns.
4. Oversee shipping and general operations (UPS, emergency orders, or deliveries).
5. Perform as an individual contributor with advanced tasks and decision-making.
6. Provide day-to-day guidance to warehouse associates; coordinate workflows.
7. Manage inventory levels.
8. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other motorized equipment.
9. Assist in supervising the department, including work assignments and coverage for absences.
10. Report and follow up on associate concerns.
11. Use computer systems for operations and reporting.
12. Comply with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
13. Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; two or more years of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Good judgment and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with reach trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
• Maintain attendance and productivity standards.
