Position: Vault Attendant

GardaWorld, a leading national cash services and armored car company, is seeking a Vault Attendant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top cash logistics firm.

Note: This is an armed position requiring a valid permit or license to carry a sidearm, along with any state-specific guard licensing. Valid driver’s licenses are also required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper distribution of moneybags, receipts, route guides, keys, and schedules to drivers and crew leaders.
• Verify bulk money received from vaults and external sources.
• Maintain courteous interactions with employees, customers, and the public.
• Resolve route discrepancies and assist in tracking missing or misrouted items.
• Assist in maintaining attendance and punctuality records.
• Train new personnel on procedures and policies.
• Make safety and operational decisions per company policies, reporting issues immediately.
• Maintain branch activity logs in the absence of management.
• Collect and secure identification cards, fuel cards, keys, deposits, moneybags, receipts, and equipment at shift end.
• Balance liabilities and prepare route loads for the next day.
• Perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties as needed.
• Handle ATM dispatch and related calls as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s licenses with a satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience.
• Obtain and maintain all necessary guard and firearm permits.
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to give clear instructions and train others.
