Job Details

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM or Finish.

Pay rate: $24.50 per hour.

Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Train warehouse associates in duties, responsibilities, and safe equipment use according to SOPs; observe performance to correct behaviors.
  2. Use of radio frequency (RF) device may be required for daily tasks.
  3. Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns for warehouse personnel.
  4. Oversee shipping and general operations such as UPS, emergency orders, or deliveries.
  5. Perform as an individual contributor completing advanced tasks and decisions with detailed knowledge of procedures.
  6. Provide day-to-day guidance to warehouse associates, manage workloads, and recommend workflow efficiencies.
  7. Manage inventory, including monitoring levels.
  8. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other motorized equipment to move inventory.
  9. Assist in supervising the department, including work assignment and coverage for absences.
  10. Address associate concerns and report to supervisors.
  11. Utilize computer systems for operations and reporting.
  12. Comply with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
  13. Perform related duties as assigned.
Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; minimum two years of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Maintain a clean work area to ensure safety and merchandise quality.
  • Good judgment to follow detailed instructions.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills; team player.
  • Proficiency in operating reach trucks, picker machines, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  • Maintain attendance and meet production standards.

Salary Range*

$37,000 - $52,800. This range reflects national averages; actual may vary by location, up to 10% lower or 12% higher.
