Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead plays a vital role in the Operations Team by managing inventory accuracy, overseeing Kanban replenishment, leading receiving and supporting kitting processes for production.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing security procedures.
• Conduct physical counts to control inventory levels.
• Maintain warehouse organization and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the kitting process for timely delivery of production kits.
• Support training for new warehouse employees and staff interacting with the warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to enhance safety and inventory control procedures.
• Report key performance indicators to management daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
