A Day in the Life

As a weekend Order Fulfillment Processing Lead, you'll work four 10-hour shifts and play a key role in leading the order fulfillment team by ensuring picking, packing, and outbound auditing are completed within client SLA's. You'll work with products from clients involved in active lifestyles.

Schedule:

Friday through Monday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Starting Pay:

$21.00 per hour (plus $1.00 weekend shift differential)

All About You

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, follow through with minimal supervision, and pay attention to detail
• Experience leading personnel to perform activities effectively and efficiently
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Must Haves:

• At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or light industrial roles; leadership experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Minimum age of 18
• Physical ability to perform essential functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing and walking for long periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating environmental conditions
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee training and cross-training of team members
• Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks within SLA
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan labor based on forecasts and client needs
• Perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing, scanning, and tagging
• Follow safety, security, and SOP protocols
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
