Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead plays a vital role in the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, managing Kanban item replenishment, leading the receiving process, and supporting the kitting process for production.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and enforcing security procedures and protocols.
• Control inventory levels through physical counts.
• Maintain warehouse organization and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits.
• Support training of new warehouse employees and other staff interacting with the warehouse.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain, update, and report key performance indicators to plant management daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience with ERP software (Microsoft AX) is strongly preferred.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support efficiency and safety.
• Proven warehouse experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Experience in the building industry, manufacturing, or high-volume logistics is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
