Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support the communication flow to load finished products onto trailers and prepare related documentation (bill of lading and invoice).
- Complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position.
- Lead a team of shipping and receiving team members.
- Coordinate the loading locations for each trailer.
- Prepare documentation for purchase orders, including Bill of Lading and invoices.
- Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading of finished products.
- Review operator and carrier data in the Tracking Platform.
- Maintain food safety practices and comply with all SQF System requirements.
- Report deviations, problems, or abnormalities related to equipment, processes, or products.
- Perform any other tasks as requested by the supervisor, provided they are reasonable and safe.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a related manufacturing environment, in the specific role, and managing people or projects.
- No travel required for this position.
- Preferred: 6 years experience in the field, role, and managing teams or projects.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Oracle.
- Knowledge of storage systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate across organizational levels and resolve conflicts.
- Analytical skills to interpret information.

Compensation
Pay Range: $26.68 - $35.35 per hour
