Warehouse Lead Nights - Grandview Area

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions
  • Complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position.
  • Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members.
  • Manage communication flow to load finished products onto trailers.
  • Communicate instructions to warehouse equipment and staff.
  • Coordinate trailer loading locations.
  • Prepare documentation for purchase orders (Bill of Lading and invoice).
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading of finished products.
  • Review operator and carrier data in the Tracking Platform.
  • Maintain food safety practices and compliance with the SQF System.
  • Report deviations, problems, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products.
  • Perform any tasks deemed reasonable and safe by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 years of experience in the specific position.
  • 4 years of managing people or projects.
