Adecco in Brookshire, TX is hiring a Warehouse Janitor to keep facilities clean, organized, and safe. You will clean, sanitize restrooms, and perform basic floor care while supporting operations with minor repairs. Experience with industrial floor scrubbers and buffers is required.

Pay starts at $18.25/hour with weekly pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, and a 401(k). Schedule is Thursdays through Sundays, 4:00 PM–4:30 AM, in a reputable environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial custodial or janitorial operations.
• Proven experience operating industrial floor scrubbers and buffers.
• Physically capable of walking, reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards across buildings and grounds.
• Perform trash removal, debris cleanup, dusting and equipment wiping.

As a Warehouse Janitor with Adecco, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, organized, and safe for all staff. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness across buildings and grounds, performing trash removal, debris cleanup, dusting, and equipment wiping, as well as sanitizing restrooms to promote hygiene. You will also handle basic floor care such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing concrete surfaces, and support operational efficiency through minor equipment repairs. Additionally, operating industrial floor scrubbers and buffers safely and effectively is key to your role.

Qualifications

a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in commercial custodial or janitorial operations. Proven experience operating industrial floor scrubbers and buffers is required. Candidates must be physically capable of walking, reaching (including overhead), bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling, with the stamina to stand and walk for extended periods. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
