Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT issues via phone and email.
• Resolve Microsoft embedded OS configuration issues.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices and PCs.
• Install operating systems and user applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and network devices.
• Create and manage user accounts in warehouse software and Active Directory.
• Maintain inventory and assist in all IT-related tasks in the warehouse.
