Accurate Personnel is seeking a System Support Technician to join our Brighton, Colorado warehouse team. You will assist with IT-related issues to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, IT experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/early mornings. The position offers $23/hour, full-time schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications.
• Professional IT experience required.
• Ability to work varied schedule including weekend and early morning shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.
• Analytical and technical skills are a must.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and log emails sent to IT support.
• Respond and resolve IT related issues over the phone.
• Setup, maintain, troubleshoot company mobile phones.
• Installation of operating system and user applications.
• Routine maintenance and data recovery.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers.
• Resolve mobile and wireless device issues.
• Setup, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure.
• Process approved IT request forms.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and update inventory.
