Job summary

QuickBox Fulfillment is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to support hardware, software, and network systems across office and warehouse locations in Wayne, NJ. You will set up workstations, assist with installations, and maintain IT assets while providing responsive user support.

In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, assist with security best practices, and collaborate with leadership and vendors. A high school diploma and basic IT coursework are required; some experience with warehouse

Qualifications

Diagnose and resolve IT hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Set up workstations, printers, scanners, phones, and other user equipment.
Provide day-to-day IT support for office, warehouse, and remote users.
Assist with software installation, updates, and user support.
Maintain asset tracking and document support activity.
Escalate complex issues to IT leadership or vendors.
