Job summary

Astreya is hiring a Warehouse Desktop Support Specialist to join our services team in San Bernardino, CA. The role focuses on break/fix support for warehouse equipment including packing and sorting stations, barcode scanners, and specialized automation like AGV/AMR/AS/RS.

You will configure MAC OS and Windows, deploy with zero-touch methods, image devices, and manage end-user data. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in high-volume IT support, strong documentation and communication skills, and

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience providing general IT support in a high-volume technology environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting applications, hardware, and mobile technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Windows 11, Mac OS X, and Linux fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Provide break/fix support for warehouse equipment including packing stations, sorting stations, barcode scanners, and AGV/AMR/AS/RS.
Set up and configure MAC OS and PC systems; deploy MACs and PCs using zero-touch methods.
Manage imaging/reimaging of MAC laptops and Windows PCs; perform data backups/restoration.
Keep asset data accurate in the ticketing system; refresh devices per schedule.
Assist with inventory activities; document issues in Flexera; escalate where needed.
Follow incident, problem, change, and knowledge management best practices.
