Job summary

Astreya is seeking an experienced Warehouse Desktop Support Technician to join our services team in Dallas. You will provide break/fix support for warehouse equipment, set up MAC OS and PC systems, and manage imaging and asset records to ensure reliable service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in high-volume IT support, strong documentation, and familiarity with JAMF, Intune, Workspace One, and SCCM. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Apple/Windows certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT support experience in a high-volume technology environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting applications, hardware, and mobile technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Patience and empathy toward customer issues.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS, and Linux fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support for warehouse equipment, including packing stations and barcode scanners.
• Set up and configure MAC OS and PC systems; utilize zero-touch deployment.
• Imaging and reimaging of MAC laptops and Windows PCs; restore end-user data.
• Maintain accurate asset information in the ticketing system; manage asset database.
• Refresh end-user devices per schedule; assist with inventory activities.
• Document end-user issues in Flexera; follow SLA guidelines.
• Help with incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes.
