We seek an experienced Warehouse Desktop Support Technician to provide break/fix support in warehouse and distribution centers, handling packing stations, scanners, AGVs/AMRs/AS/RS, and end-user devices.

The role emphasizes high-quality user support, asset management, and adherence to ITIL-aligned processes in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of general IT support in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux fundamentals.
• Experience deploying and imaging devices and supporting end-user hardware.
• Strong documentation and ticket-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support for warehouse equipment including packing stations, barcode scanners, AGVs/AMRs/AS/RS.
• Set up/configure MAC OS and PC systems and perform zero-touch deployments.
• Manage imaging, backups, asset inventory, and ticketing through the lifecycle.
• Document issues, escalate when needed, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes.
