Job summary
Astreya seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide embedded, hands-on technical support for our Design Studio and Product Validation Engineering teams in Portland. This role goes beyond a traditional help desk, acting as a trusted partner who understands creative workflows and keeps systems running reliably.
You will support Windows and macOS workstations, printers and plotters, networked devices, and data servers, advocate for the teams within IT, and help maintain licenses and devices to
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or a related technical role.
- Degree or certificate in IT or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proficiency supporting Windows and macOS in a business environment.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and device connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with servers or shared storage, user access, and backups.
- Experience troubleshooting printers, plotters, hardware, and peripherals.
- Experience with Intune and M365 support tools.
- Strong communication and service-oriented mindset to work with non-technical creative and engineering professionals.

- Serve as the IT liaison for Design Studio and PVE teams.
- Provide embedded, hands-on technical support to keep systems running reliably.
- Advocate for teams' technology needs within the IT organization.
