Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Inventory Associate in Pittsburgh to support daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. You will perform full physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and manage inbound/outbound stock while keeping ERP records up to date.

The role requires experience with inventory control and ERP systems, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records within an ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
• Support warehouse organization and inventory control initiatives.
