Job summary

PDC Machines, a leader in hydrogen compression and energy solutions, is hiring an Inventory Associate to maintain inventory in our ERP system and support inbound/outbound operations. You will pick and prepare orders, count stock, and ensure accurate bin locations, while coordinating with purchasing and production teams.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or relevant experience, plus familiarity with ERP/MRP/WMS, RF scanning, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS software preferred.
• RF scanner and bar-coding experience preferred.
• Inventory and warehouse experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels in ERP.
• Pick, pack, and organize stock; back up receiving and processing.
• Count stock and perform cycle counts; ensure accurate locations.
• Replenish production floor to support build schedule.
• Prepare reports on inventory balances, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure 5S/workspace organization and safety standards.
