Job summary

Insight Management and Consulting Services is seeking a Material Handler to oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager. You will coordinate with the team to ensure accurate records and timely processing of materials.

You will place purchase orders, verify shipments against packing lists in the ERP system, conduct regular stock counts, and support audits across Insight locations to maintain precise inventory information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred; willingness to travel to multiple warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and place Purchase Orders for supplies.
• Receive packages into the facility and into the ERP system.
• Analyze stock reports using ERP systems and spreadsheets.
• Deliver supplies to other warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory counts including physical and cycle counts.
• Audit stock to remove expired products and ensure accuracy.
