Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a warehouse associate to perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading duties in our distribution center. You will handle stock verification, cycle counts, and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 0–2 years in a DC, a high school diploma (preferred), and the ability to lift heavy loads, operate forklifts, and use RF scanners. Benefits and growth opportunities are available for full-time and eligible part-time team members.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years in a distribution center.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Professional Certifications: None

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify against bills of lading and packing slips.
• Take inventory and maintain records of goods received; reject damaged, excess or misdirected goods.
• Identify, label, palletize, and relocate merchandise; relabel if necessary.
• Process UPS inbound shipments and supply orders; pick store supply and UPS orders for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as assigned.
