Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, stocking, and shipping duties in our distribution center in the Atlanta area. You will help unload shipments, verify quantities, and prepare items for transport, while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic math, reading English, and teamwork. You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a distribution center (entry-level).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments and direct merchandise to the correct area.
• Take inventory, check quantities, and record goods received; reject damaged or excess items.
• Identify, label, palletize, and relocate merchandise; relabel if needed.
• Process inbound shipments and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Move merchandise using hand tools, forklift, or pallet jack.
