Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Idaho is seeking a warehouse team member to receive, unload, and stock inventory, and prepare shipments. You will perform cycle counts, operate forklifts, and ensure safety and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution center.

Entry-level candidates are welcome; a High School diploma is preferred. Physical duties include lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, and walking for long periods throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center is preferred; 0-2 years acceptable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments and verify against bills of lading.
• Identify, label, palletize, and relocate merchandise.
• Process UPS inbound shipments and supply orders; pick store supply and UPS orders.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
