Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, inventory, and loading tasks in our distribution center. You will verify shipments, stock goods, label pallets, and prepare items for shipment. This is an on-demand role within the Flexible Work Program.

Shifts are assigned based on business needs; a minimum of four shifts in 30 days is required to remain active. Ideal candidates can lift 50-75 pounds, operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, and comply with OSHA

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-2 years in a distribution center.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No professional certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify against bills of lading and packing slips.
• Take inventory of merchandise and maintain records; reject damaged or misdirected goods.
• Identify, label and palletize merchandise for shipment and relocate as needed.
• Process UPS inbound shipments and supply orders; prepare for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
