Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an entry-level warehouse associate for on-demand shifts within our Flexible Work Program. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and preparing shipments while maintaining accuracy and safety in a fast-paced distribution center.

This role requires the ability to lift 50–75 pounds, basic math, and familiarity with warehouse equipment. Nights/weekend shifts may be required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds continuously and stand/bend for long periods.
• Read, speak, and understand English at a basic level.
• Count accurately and perform basic math.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and support a team.
• Familiarity with RF terminals, barcode scanners, and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments and verify against packing docs.
• Inventory and cycle count to resolve discrepancies.
• Move and stage merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Process UPS inbound shipments and store supplies for shipment.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance; maintain a clean work area.
