Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Material Coordinator for our Prineville, OR warehouse. You will receive, move, and organize materials and server racks, while maintaining accurate inventory using digital tools and WMS.

This fast-paced, technology-driven role emphasizes safety, organization, and data accuracy. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound processing, inventory counts, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to receive, pick, pack, and handle inventory accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency with laptops and handheld devices.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Comfort using RF scanners for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and transport materials to designated locations.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments including receiving, booking, packing, dispatching.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform counts.
• Use WMS to enter, update, and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Follow 5S, quality, and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Handle general labor and material handling tasks including RF scanners.
• Perform other warehouse duties to support logistics goals.
