Job summary

Talentify seeks a Warehouse Coordinator in Mount Pleasant, PA to oversee material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping and receiving in a busy facility.

You will coordinate pallets, lifts, RF scans, and ERP data entry, ensure GMP compliance, FIFO rotation, and proper labeling, while supporting production and logistics teams. This contract-to-hire role offers overtime potential and a pathway to long-term employment for reliable performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse coordination with inventory, shipping and receiving.
• Experience in inventory control, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Experience with RF scanners or handheld devices for tracking inventory and processing orders.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, documentation, verification, and system entry.
• Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of palletizers, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies, and trucks for efficient material movement.
• Maintain daily inventory activities and accurate stock levels of packaging materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and federal/state/local regulations.
• Oversee GMP, fire codes, sanitation, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage shipping documentation, labeling, and proper handling of finished products.
• Perform stock rotation (FIFO) and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Enter P.O.s and RMAs into the system and record receipts.
• Support shipping/receiving by verifying loads and updating inventory systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; use RF scanners to track movement.
• Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure timely material supply.
