Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Prineville, OR site. You will receive, store and move materials, maintain accurate inventory, and support inbound/outbound logistics using RF scanners and WMS in a fast-paced, tech-enabled setting.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to operate laptops/handheld devices, and adherence to safety and 5S standards while contributing to efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience performing general labor and material handling in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to receive, pick, pack, and handle inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of laptops and handheld devices.
• Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) to enter, update, and maintain records.
• Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate counts and documentation.
• Ability to stand/walk/bend/reach/lift during shifts.
• Commitment to following safety, quality, and 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and transport materials to designated locations.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments including receiving, booking deliveries, picking, packing, dispatching, unboxing, and re-boxing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by counts and documentation updates.
• Use digital tools and WMS to update inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support receipt, shipment, and inquiries.
• Follow 5S, quality, and safety standards in the warehouse environment.
• Handle general labor and material handling tasks, including RF scanners and warehouse tools.
• Perform other warehouse duties to support logistics goals.
