Advantage Technical in Salem, NH is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced environment. You will verify shipments, pick and stage materials, and ensure accurate ERP transactions to keep production moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, forklift operation, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications

Warehouse/shipping/receiving experience required.
Strong inventory control and cycle count experience.
Forklift operation experience; certification a plus.
Proficient with ERP systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and POs.
Pick, stage, and distribute materials for production and orders.
Package outbound shipments, vendor returns, and transfers.
Stock and replenish inventory in designated locations.
Perform ERP transactions and material movements.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
