Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support material flow, receiving, storage, inventory control and order-picking. You will collaborate with Inventory Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

You must be able to read blueprints, handle multiple tasks, and maintain documentation with a focus on safety and process improvement. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts when certified.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• 5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams; Oracle knowledge a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operating systems knowledge related to Inventory, Material Handling, and Shipping.
• Coordinate and prioritize warehouse personnel and daily work assignments.
• Ensure items are received promptly with same-day receipts and resolve issues with purchasing.
• Stock materials in designated locations, keep logs, and rotate stock per requirements.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification; report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Shipping, Receiving, QA, Purchasing and Planning.
