Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a full-time Receiving Clerk to verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments for production. You will receive materials, ensure accuracy, and prepare DRP outbound documents, pull slips, and carton labels, while billing outbound DRPs as necessary.

The role requires warehouse experience and strong English literacy; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Work involves office and warehouse environments with common carrier interactions.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inventories products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Maintains office files including load sheets and all office logs.
• Communicates discrepancies of inventory with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
• Pulls sample requests for Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and R&D as a back-up for the Receiving Clerk II.
