Job summary

Reser’s Memphis facility is seeking a warehouse records clerk who verifies and maintains records for incoming and outgoing shipments for production. You will receive material, ensure accuracy, and route it to the correct location, creating DRP outbound, pull slips, and carton labels.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy and clerical procedures; reading/writing English is required, bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Able to read, write, and speak English is required.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures as necessary.
• Knowledge of principles to provide customer service.
• Ability to speak, listen, use critical thinking skills and read to understand.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inventories products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Maintains office files including load sheets and all office logs.
• Communicates with supervisors, peers and subordinates’ discrepancies of inventory.
• Pulls sample request for Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development as a back-up for the Receiving Clerk II.
