Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a Receiving Clerk II to verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments. You will receive material for production, ensure accuracy, and prepare DRP outbound items, pull slips, and carton labels. This role also involves billing outbound DRP’s as needed.

The position requires warehouse experience, proficiency in English, and strong clerical skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a work environment that includes office and warehouse settings and

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures as necessary.
• Knowledge of principles to provide customer service.
• Ability to speak, listen, use critical thinking skills and read to understand.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inventories products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Maintains office files including load sheets and all office logs.
• Communicates with supervisors, peers and subordinates’ discrepancies of inventory.
• Pulls sample request for Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development as a back-up for the Receiving Clerk II.
