Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods. The role reports to the Distribution Center Assistant Manager or Warehouse Manager and is non-exempt.

Duties include daily and monthly cycle counts, investigating variances, and ensuring documentation for audits. The job requires ERP experience, basic PC and 10-key skills, and English fluency; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of ERP or inventory-related experience.
• Food industry experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic PC and 10-key skills are required.
• Must read, write, and speak English and be understood.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on production demand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and monthly cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
• Investigate inventory variances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure counts are documented and variances reported promptly.
• Reconcile inventory variances.
• Balance monthly inventory for raw packaging and intermediates.
• Collaborate with production and shipping to resolve finished goods variances.
• File adjustment reports with cycle count sheets for audits.
• Maintain documentation for QA and purchasing collaboration.
• Place products on logical holds.
• Work with production on finished goods variances.
