Job summary

PepsiCo Supply Chain in Tracy, CA is seeking an experienced Inventory Control leader to oversee daily operations and manage ICS across multiple distribution centers. You will drive accuracy, lead cross-functional teams, and coach staff to achieve operational excellence.

The role emphasizes SOX compliance, KPI optimization, and collaboration with 3PLs, plants, and customer service to meet business goals. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in business or supply chain.
• 3–4 years in inventory control or logistics operations.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Proficiency with SAP/WMS and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze root causes and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop ICS teams to optimize inventory control.
• Coach IC and Scheduler teams for operational excellence.
• Act as SME for inventory-related inquiries.
• Maintain SOX controls and ensure compliance.
• Monitor KPIs: fill rate, inventory accuracy, freshness.
• Lead 3PLs to compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee cycle counts, variance resolution, and audits.
