Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily cycle counts, material flow, and reconciliation across Production and Vertique systems in our Winston-Salem area.

The role requires a high school diploma, a preferred Bachelor’s in Inventory/Operations, and 3 years of supervisory warehousing experience, with SAP experience valued. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain records, and help optimize operations with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Inventory/Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1 year inventory coordination experience preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience in warehousing or manufacturing is preferred.
• SAP experience preferred and inventory knowledge.
• Strong math and PC skills; attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cycle count programs and reconcile variances.
• Maintain inbound inventory records and procurement requests.
• Update paperwork for vendor products and resolve issues.
• Oversee all inventory transactions and provide feedback.
• Manage warehouse operations across shifts and days.
