Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking an Warehouse Inventory Specialist to organize the warehouse, manage raw materials and finished goods, and support production and distribution with timely material flow.

The role requires forklift operation, ERP usage, and adherence to safety and GMP standards. Occasional holiday work may be required, with collaboration across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• Forklift certified with 1+ year experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail, honesty and professionalism.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production schedule and submit material requests via ERP to distribution.
• Conduct cycle counts as directed by supervisor or director.
• Organize and coordinate returns of packaging materials after production.
• Use FIFO when pulling materials by lot number for traceability.
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Receive purchase orders in ERP and process paperwork per Compliance and Accounting needs.
• Manage small transportation team and supervise warehouse operations.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain teams about non-conforming product or urgent matters.
• Execute inventory transactions in ERP as needed.
• Operate forklift safely and proficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Willing to work holidays occasionally due to production demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
