Job summary

WestRock Coffee is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution center team, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory integrity. You will coordinate with transportation, oversee cycle counts, receive goods, and coach staff on continuous improvement.

The role requires ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), forklift operation, and strong leadership. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain and collaborate with operations leadership. This is an on-site position in Conway, AR.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field or 5 years of related experience.
• 2 years of experience operating Oracle or SAP or similar ERP systems.
• 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and external contacts.
• Basic math skills for inventory and budgeting tasks.
• Ability to lead people and drive issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools.
• Ability to run team meetings and contribute to upper management discussions.
• Familiarity with financial statements and terminology.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks.
• Familiarity with RF Smart and WMS systems connected to ERP like NetSuite; other WMS acceptable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong listening and analytical skills.
• Experience developing people and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate fulfillment of orders based on ship dates.
• Monitor labor, space, and equipment as demand grows; inform leadership for budgeting.
• Communicate potential issues to prevent service failures.
• Receive and review inbound deliveries for quality and invoicing accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts of materials and finished goods.
• Process and store inbound inventory in correct locations.
• Train warehouse staff on continuous process improvement.
• Troubleshoot inventory handling issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization in the warehouse.
• Support development plans for the team and operations.
