Job summary

WestRock Coffee is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a distribution center team, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and timely shipments. You will collaborate with transportation and production, drive process improvements, and train staff to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in leadership, ERP/WMS familiarity, and strong organizational skills to support ongoing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of ERP experience (Oracle or SAP).
• 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong communication and professional interaction skills.
• Strong math skills and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to lead teams and resolve issues.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Lead team meetings and contribute to management discussions.
• Familiarity with financial statements and terminology.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks.
• Familiarity with RF Smart or similar WMS integrated to ERP.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong listening and analytical skills.
• Experience developing people and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate fulfillment of LTL/FTL orders based on ship dates.
• Monitor labor, space and equipment capacity as demand grows.
• Inform leadership of potential service issues and needs.
• Receive and review vendor deliveries for quality and invoices.
• Coordinate regular inventory cycle counts.
• Process and store inbound inventory in correct locations.
• Train associates on continuous process improvements.
• Troubleshoot inventory handling issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure team follows safety, cleanliness and organization standards.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of processes to meet inventory needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
